Sam has nearly a decade of experience in the engineering and construction industry. His projects range from constructing a water treatment facility in a former mining site to pavement design, SWPPP, and overseeing radiation remediation at former naval bases all over the country. He specializes in developing plans/specifications, handling submittals/RFIs and performing quality control/quality assurance. Sam is a registered Civil Engineer and QSD/QSP in the State of California, CQM certified by USACE, LEED AP, and 40 hour HAZWOPER training.
