PEI provides a high level of service at very competitive prices, so much so, that other BAC [Bank of America] AORs on this account have started using PEI as their civil engineer of choice.
— Scott McCage, Senior Associate, Gensler
PEI stands behind their work. Providing quality product for their clients is just a standard. They have raised the bar for all PTAP consultants.

I’d never go into a project without [PEI].
— Sonny Murillo, (former) CIP Engineer, City of Camarillo
I originally came from Lompoc where Pavement Engineering performed a pavement assessment. They have a reputation for always bringing a project in on time and on or under budget.

— John Cimino, Director of Facilities (retired), Milpitas Unified School District
Excellent job on the presentation . . . That was one of our best attended events, and I‘ve received a lot of positive feedback. We are very appreciative.
— Todd Leicht, Senior Project Manager, Gilbane Building Company
A pavement assessment takes a proactive approach to evaluating the conditions of asphalt. It provides a plan of action to address these conditions as well as provides preventative maintenance. As a result, it prolongs pavement life and saves public money. More importantly, it addresses safety issues. The District has implemented numerous projects using our customized pavement management plan. All of these projects have been very successful.
— Jorge Gutierrez, Executive Director of Facilities, Oxnard School District
I thoroughly enjoyed working with Pavement Engineering. They maintained a consistency in expertise and professionalism from planning through inspection.
— Terri Allison, Facilities Department Planner, Ventura Unified School District
We did lots of maintenance this past summer to make needed repairs and sealcoating to protect our asphalt. Your report and helping us with our PCI was wonderful!
— Erik Walukiewicz, Director of Facilities, Fremont Union High School District
Pavement Engineering Inc. did an outstanding job assisting our city with its pavement management system. Their knowledge and expertise resulted in a seamless completion of this project. This is, by far, one of the best investments in streets and roads that our City has made. The final presentation PEI gave to City Council on the outcomes of the assessment was fantastic. It was clear and non-technical, and it provided a future road map for getting the most out of our limited street and road dollars. I highly recommend that all cities use PEI for a full pavement management analysis and plan.
— Nicole Zieba, City Manager, City of Reedley
