Don has more than 40 years of experience in construction which include 25 years of overseeing grading and paving companies throughout California, Oregon and Washington. As senior construction manager for PEI, Don oversees construction projects from start to finish. His responsibilities include coordinating pre-construction meetings, administering on-site project kickoff, overseeing of project construction, inspector coordination and oversight, contractor compliance, and final inspection and project closeout documentation. Don also reviews project design and specifications.
