Sam T. Ho

Sam is an accomplished civil engineering and construction professional with more than a decade of experience delivering complex infrastructure, remediation, and pavement rehabilitation projects. His background includes pavement design, construction of a water treatment facility at a former mining site, and oversight of radiation remediation activities at former naval bases throughout the United States. He brings specialized expertise in pavement maintenance and rehabilitation, with experience managing plans, specifications, and estimates; submittals and RFIs; and quality control and quality assurance processes. Sam is a registered civil engineer in California, USACE CQM certified, a LEED Accredited Professional, and 40-hour HAZWOPER trained.
